The Profireal Group is looking for a new key member of its team of experts that focuses on the leading of a financial department in Philippines – in company Flexi Finance.

Key Accountabilities:
Your main goal would be to restructure the existing Finance function and ensure that appropriate processes and control tools exists over:
Cost control and authorization
Cash flow
Compliance with internal and Group procedures
Compliance with external tax and reporting regulations
You will closely cooperate with CEO and other Board members of the Company to implement/update with due care the appropriate procedures and build the finance team that ensures the targets, set by the Board and Senior Group Management, that are timely and accurately met.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading the financial department and all activities connected with Flexi Finance :
Business planning
Reporting
Communication with 3rd parties (banks, fonds, suppliers, local authorities)
Cost controlling and accounting
Compliance with IFRS + Tax services
Coordination of project development activities
Financial audits
Direct reporting to the Top management of the Group
Skills and attributes for success:
Min. 5+ years of experience on a similar position
Knowledge of financial controlling, accounting, planning standards and rules
Independent and responsible managerial personality
Presentation and effective communication skills
Very good English language knowledge
Willingness to travel
Proven success in restructuring of Finance function would be an asset
